In fall, you are located on great hunting grounds for both deer and wild turkey. The area has miles of bike trails as well. If you want more fishing, drive 10 miles east for amazing native Brown Trout fly fishing, on the Delaware river.
In spring and summer, hop in your car and drive to any of the small quaint PA towns that dot the area to antique, shop, eat, or listen to live music. The location of Run A Muk, for all year activities cannot be matched. If privacy is not of major importance, the large amount of front feet on the lake allows for the potential of at least 1 if not 2 additional lakefront lots to be subdivided. Lake users are extremely conscientious and there is always room for motor boats and non motor boats to enjoy the lake at the same time.
Kayaking is a major activity on the lake as well as sailing and motor boating. If you're lucky you may even catch a glimpse of a winter lyn The lake is a mecca of fun, including fishing for Bass, and Pickerel. The property abounds with wildlife, including deer, wild turkey, grouse, porcupine, beaver, bald Eagles, black bear, owls & the occasional skunk and coyote may also be encountered. Thousands of taps have already been counted and the property has the potential to be a large producer of maple syrup if one desires. The property is mostly wooded and is considered a ''Sugar Bush'' for its many thousands of Maple trees adorning the property.
